At Growing Steps, our small group setting allows us to maintain consistent cleaning and sanitizing routines while providing the close, individual attention infants and toddlers need

About the Provider

Growing Steps Home Childcare was created from both professional experience and a personal belief in the importance of calm, nurturing care during a child’s earliest years.

As a mother and childcare professional with more than two years of experience working with young children in the United States, I have seen how much infants and toddlers benefit from consistency, individual attention, and meaningful connections with their caregiver.

My background in psychology has also shaped my understanding of children’s emotional and developmental needs. This inspired me to create a small home childcare environment where each child can be truly known, supported, and cared for at their own pace.

At Growing Steps, my goal is to provide more than supervision. I want children to spend their earliest years in a peaceful, safe, and loving environment where their routines are respected, their development is encouraged, and they feel secure and cared for every day.
